Who we are

Bread & Beyond Limited, trading as Bridge Baker ("we", "us") runs this website and is the data controller for the personal data collected through it. You can contact us at hello@bridgebaker.co.uk or by post at 124 Wandsworth Bridge Road, London SW6 2UL.

What we collect

We only collect personal data you choose to give us:

• Wholesale enquiries: your name, business name, phone number and, if you add it, your email address.
• Bridge Baker Rewards: your name, email address, mobile number and date of birth.
• Website use: standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit, recorded by our hosting for security and to keep the site running.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to supply you.
• To set up and run your Rewards membership, including the points you earn and redeem.
• To send you news and offers from Bridge Baker, only where you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time using the link in any message or by emailing us.
• To keep the website secure.

Our lawful bases are the contract we have with you (Rewards), our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running the site, and your consent for marketing.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to host this website, run the forms on it, process online orders and manage our Rewards programme. They act on our instructions and can only use your data to provide those services. We do not sell your personal data. Where a provider is based outside the UK we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to two years after our last contact. Rewards details are kept while your membership is active and for up to two years after your last visit. Technical logs are kept for a short period only.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy in a portable format. Email hello@bridgebaker.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab).

Cookies

This website sets only the cookies needed for it to work. We do not use advertising cookies. Third-party pages you reach from this site, such as online ordering, have their own cookie policies.

Children

Bridge Baker Rewards is for people aged 16 and over.

Changes

We will update this page if how we use your data changes, and show the date of the latest version at the top.
